Taking on a leadership role for the first time can be daunting. The stress is no lesser for an experienced team leader leading the team through challenging times or projects. You don’t have to figure out these alone.

- Understand and evaluate the impact of your individual leaderhip and interpersonal behaviours on others
- Appreciate and cultivate the development of core skills, habits and behaviours that will facilitate your role as a leader

Having done up your resume or scholarship application to secure an interview, you would want to complete your preparation work to ace that interview.
Through this workshop, you will:
- Be mindful of and learn to project a confident, professional vocal image
- Understand the key information the hiring manager is looking out for and prepare appropriate, authentic answers
- Avoid interviewing pitfalls and navigate the conversations professionally
